Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to profiles, photos, videos, captions, messages, private galleries and other activity on MomentXO. It forms part of our Terms & community rules. Members must be at least 18 and use the service to make respectful connections.

Content you may share

Share content you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from other people shown in your uploads. Do not misrepresent your identity or use another person's images or information to create a deceptive profile.

Consensual adult media is allowed in private Moments and private galleries, blurred until the viewer chooses Show. Public Moments may be suggestive, but nudity and explicit sexual content are not allowed publicly or in profile photos. Viewers can reveal, blur again, keep hidden, delete for themselves or report private media. Gallery access still requires the owner’s approval. Deleting for yourself does not remove the sender’s original or replace reporting a safety concern.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Nudity or explicit sexual content in Public Moments or profile photos. Do not use MomentXO to sell sexual content or services, solicit prostitution or advertise sexual encounters.
• Any sexual content involving a person under 18, grooming, exploitation or material shared without consent.
• Harassment, threats, hate, bullying, stalking or repeated unwanted contact. Respect refusals and blocks.
• Scams, impersonation, spam, deceptive advertising or requests for money under false pretences.
• Content that infringes another person's privacy or intellectual property rights, or encourages illegal activity or violence.
• Attempts to bypass access controls, age restrictions, moderation or account suspensions; scraping member information; or using the service to identify or track a person without consent.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-app report and block controls to flag a member or content. You can also contact support@momentxo.com. We may review, hold, remove or reject content and restrict or suspend accounts when these rules are broken or safety requires it. Automated checks may hold uploads for review. Contact support if you believe a decision was mistaken; never send your password.

Report suspected underage accounts, exploitation or non-consensual content promptly. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Authorities can follow our law enforcement request protocol.

Privacy and boundaries

Do not publish someone else's private information or share screenshots of private interactions without permission. Content that a recipient can view may be copied or captured outside MomentXO, even after access is withdrawn. Our privacy notice explains how we process information.
